Bancom, known as the Banco de Comercio until 2023, is a Peruvian bank based in Lima. History The bank's predecessor, the ''Banco Peruano de la Construcción'' (BANPECO), was established in 1967 and reorganised as the ''Banco de Comercio'' by 2004, as part of the restructuring process of the bank of the same name that had been accused of complying with corruption during the 1990s. San Isidro District, Lima
San Isidro is a district of the Lima Province in Peru. It is located in the west center of the city, it has a few meters of coastline. Officially created on April 24, 1931, San Isidro, along with Orrantia and Country Club districts, was separated from Miraflores. ''El Comercio'' is a Peruvian newspaper based in Lima. Founded in 1839, it is the oldest newspaper in Peru and one of the oldest Spanish-language papers in the world. It has a daily circulation of more than 120,000. It is one of the most influential media in Peru. APRODEH
Asociación Pro Derechos Humanos (APRODEH; en, Association for Human Rights in Peru) is a Peruvian human rights organization. It was established in 1983 by a group of professionals who had been providing information to Peruvian congressmen involved with the Congressional Human Rights Commission, such as Javier Diez Canseco. The group supported legislative work in view of the growing human rights violations during the internal conflict in Peru. In 1985, APRODEH was among the founding members of the Coordinadora Nacional de Derechos Humanos del Perú. APRODEH works with many organizations both within and outside of Peru. The sol (; plural: soles; currency sign: S/) is the currency of Peru; it is subdivided into 100 ''céntimos'' ("cents"). The ISO 4217 currency code is PEN.
