Nicole Byer (born August 29, 1986) is an American comedian, actress, and television host. She is known as the host of the Netflix comedic reality bake-off series ''Nailed It!'' (2018–present), for which she received two Primetime Emmy Award nominations. Byer gained recognition for her work in the commentary series '' Girl Code'' (2013). Tom Byer
Tom Byer (born 21 November 1960) is a former professional soccer player, originally from New York state but now based in Tokyo. Early life and career Byer started his soccer career at Rondout Valley High School where he was named Mid-Hudson Player of the Year and led the team to two league championships. He continued to play soccer at SUNY Ulster while studying for his associate degree in Liberal Arts - Humanities and Social Sciences in 1982. Byer later played for the University of South Florida and was a member of the U.S. Olympic Sports Festival. Upon graduation, Byer trained with the Tampa Bay Rowdies franchise, but the NASL was in decline and the league folded soon after. Kathryn Stripling Byer (November 25, 1944 – June 5, 2017), also called Kay Byer, was an American poet and teacher. She was named by Governor Mike Easley as the fifth North Carolina Poet Laureate from 2005 to 2009. She was the first woman to hold the position. Byer is an unincorporated community in northwestern Washington Township, Jackson County, Ohio, United States. It lies along State Route 327 between Wellston and Londonderry, at . History Prior to the Civil War, Byer was known as Ellsworth, but the name was changed to Byers Station in honor of the Byers family, local landowners. Esther R. Byer-Suckoo (born 1968) is a Barbadian physician and politician. She is the former Barbados Minister of Labor and a member of the Democratic Labour Party.
