Bundesstraße 77
The Bundesstraße 77 is a German federal road or '' Bundesstraße'' and the north–south link between Schleswig, Rendsburg, Hohenwestedt and Itzehoe in the central part of the state of Schleswig-Holstein. Route The B 77 begins in the city of Schleswig where the route continues as B 76. South of Schleswig at Busdorf the B 77 is connected via a local road to the A 7 motorway. Then it bypasses Kropp and continues towards Rendsburg. In Rendsburg it has a connection with the B 203 as well as the B 202 with runs with the B 77 through the Rendsburg Tunnel under the Kiel canal. Then the B 77 bypasses Jevenstedt and meets the B 430 in Hohenwestedt. Schleswig
The Duchy of Schleswig ( da, Hertugdømmet Slesvig; german: Herzogtum Schleswig; nds, Hartogdom Sleswig; frr, Härtochduum Slaswik) was a duchy in Southern Jutland () covering the area between about 60 km (35 miles) north and 70 km (45 mi) south of the current border between Germany and Denmark. Kiel

Neumünster
Neumünster () is a city in the middle of Schleswig-Holstein, Germany. With more than 79,000 registered inhabitants, it is the fourth-largest municipality in Schleswig-Holstein (behind Kiel, Lübeck and Flensburg). Westerrönfeld
Westerrönfeld is a municipality in the district of Rendsburg-Eckernförde, in Schleswig-Holstein, Germany. The name literally means "The field west of the Rön", the Rön being a little tributary of the river Eider. Westerrönfeld is located on the southern bank of the Kiel Canal. Geography and Traffic The town is located directly at the Kiel Canal. Neighboring municipalities are (clockwise, starting in the north): Rendsburg, Jevenstedt and Schülp. In former times there were some heath areas and inland dunes in the area of the municipality, of which only a few are still preserved. The Kiel Canal (german: Nord-Ostsee-Kanal, literally "North- oEast alticSea canal", formerly known as the ) is a long freshwater canal in the German state of Schleswig-Holstein. The canal was finished in 1895, but later widened, and links the North Sea at Brunsbüttel to the Baltic Sea at Kiel-Holtenau. Heide (; Holsatian: ''Heid'') is a town in Schleswig-Holstein, Germany. It is the capital of the ''Kreis'' (district) Dithmarschen. Population: 21,000. The German word ''Heide'' means "heath". In the 15th century four adjoining villages decided to build a church in the "middle of the heath". This remained the town's name to date. The exact foundation date is now unknown, but by 1447 Heide was already the main village of Dithmarschen. At this time Dithmarschen was an independent peasant republic. Sankt Peter-Ording () is a popular German seaside spa and a municipality in the district of Nordfriesland, in Schleswig-Holstein, Germany.
