Bukedea
Bukedea is a town in the Eastern Region of Uganda. It is the chief municipal, administrative, and commercial center of Bukedea District, and the district headquarters are located there. Location Bukedea is situated on the main highway (A-109) between Mbale and Soroti. It is approximately , by road, southeast of Soroti, the largest city in Teso sub-region. John Bosco Ikojo
John Bosco Ikojo (born 21 July 1974) is a Ugandan accountant, Finance expert and politician. He is the elected Member of Parliament for Bukedea County, Bukedea District, and a representative for NRM, the ruling political party in Uganda. He is a member the ''NRM Parliamentary Caucus'' and serves as a member on the ''Committee on National Economy'' and the ''Committee on Natural Resources'' in the 10th Parliament of Uganda. Prior to his political career, Ikojo worked as the head of finance for Bukedea Town Council and as an accountant for Kumi District Local Government. He is also the founder and managing director of ROSKO Uganda, a limited liability company in Uganda. Tororo–Mbale–Soroti Road is a road in Eastern Uganda, connecting the towns of Tororo in Tororo District to Mbale in Mbale District and Soroti in Soroti District. National Resistance Movement
The National Resistance Movement ( sw, Harakati za Upinzani za Kitaifa; abbr. NRM) has been the ruling party in Uganda since 1986. History The National Resistance Movement (NRM) was founded as a liberation movement that waged a guerrilla war through its rebel wing National Resistance Army (NRA) that toppled the government in 1986. According to the National Resistance Movement, it restored political stability, security, law and order, constitutionalism and the rule of law to Uganda.
