Bruno Lazaroni
Bruno Amorim Lazaroni (born 13 September 1980) is a Brazilian retired football coach and former player who played as a defensive midfielder. Playing career Lazaroni was born in Rio de Janeiro, and represented Flamengo as a youth. A forward, he left the club in 2000 after making no appearances, and subsequently joined Bangu, where he was converted into a defensive midfielder. In 2002, after impressing for Bangu, Lazaroni joined Vasco da Gama, but featured sparingly for the club. In 2004, after a one-year spell at Swiss club St. Gallen (where he also appeared rarely), he returned to Bangu. Lazaroni subsequently spent the remainder of his career in the lower leagues, representing Atlético Sorocaba, União Barbarense, America-RJ (two spells) and Portuguesa, aside from five seasons abroad, three with Naval in Portugal and two with Al-Ittifaq in Saudi Arabia. Sebastião Barroso Lazaroni, (born 25 September 1950) is a Brazilian football manager who last coached Qatar Stars League club Qatar SC. He was born in Muriaé, Minas Gerais state. He is well known in Brazil as the manager who tried to introduce the libero position in Brazilian football. He used the 3–5–2 scheme during the 1990 FIFA World Cup, but it was a failure, and Brazil was eliminated in the second round by Argentina. When he was the Brazil national team head coach, in 35 matches, he won 21, drew seven and lost seven. He helped Brazil win the South American Championship in 1989, the team's first Copa América title in 39 years. Paulo Autuori de Mello (born 25 August 1956), known as Paulo Autuori, is a Brazilian football executive and manager who is the current manager of Atlético Nacional. Early life A football fan since early childhood and a futsal player, Paulo Autuori had to give up his dream of becoming a professional footballer after contracting poliomyelitis in his teens. The disease left him with an atrophied leg and a permanent limp on his walk, which prevented him from playing. However, he did not give up his dream of being part of the footballing world, and decided to learn other aspects of the game, specifically becoming a manager. Eduardo de Souza Ney Barroca (born 22 April 1982) is a Brazilian professional football coach. Career Born in Rio de Janeiro, Barroca started his career aat Flamengo in 2000, working as a fitness coach of the under-13 squad. In 2003 he moved to Madureira, being appointed assistant coach. Marcos César Dias de Castro (born 27 August 1958), known as Marcos Paquetá, is a former Brazilian footballer who played as a central midfielder and a current manager. Career Born in Rio de Janeiro but raised in the Paquetá Island, he started his career at hometown side America's youth setup. In 1978 he moved to Vasco da Gama, and spent his first season with the under-20 squad before being promoted to the first team. He eventually retired in 1981, aged just 23.
