Kampong Sungai Liang is a village in Belait District, Brunei, about from the district's principal town Kuala Belait and from the oil town Seria. The population was 910 in 2016. The Oil and Gas Discovery Centre (OGDC; ms, Pusat Penemuan Minyak dan Gas) is a science centre in Seria, Belait District, Brunei.
