Bruce Sabath (actor)
Bruce Sabath is an American actor, known for his work in live-performance theater. He made his Broadway debut playing Larry in the 2006 Tony Award-winning revival of Stephen Sondheim's hit musical Company (musical), ''Company''. Stephen Sondheim
Stephen Joshua Sondheim (; March 22, 1930November 26, 2021) was an American composer and lyricist. One of the most important figures in twentieth-century musical theater, Sondheim is credited for having "reinvented the American musical" with shows that tackle "unexpected themes that range far beyond the enre'straditional subjects" with "music and lyrics of unprecedented complexity and sophistication." The William Esper Studio was founded in 1965 as a school for the performing arts in Manhattan, New York. The school is dedicated to the acting technique of Sanford Meisner. The Drama Desk Award is an annual prize recognizing excellence in New York theatre. Fidler Afn Dakh (פידלער אויפן דאך) is a Yiddish-language adaptation of the musical ''Fiddler on the Roof'' translated and adapted by Shraga Friedman. The adaptation revisits the 1894 collection of Yiddish short stories on which ''Fiddler on the Roof'' is based, about Tevye, Tevye the Dairyman.
