Brooke Elizabeth Burns (born March 16, 1978) is an American fashion model, game show host, actress, and television personality. Burns began her television career in 1995, portraying the supporting character Out of the Blue (1996 TV series), Peg in the Television in Latin America, Spanish-Television in the United States, American teen sitcom ''Out of the Blue (1996 TV series), Out of the Blue'' (1995–1996), appearing in all episodes. Burns joined the cast of the Action (genre), action Dramatic programming, drama series ''Baywatch'' in 1998 and subsequently starred in ''Baywatch''s second rendition, ''Baywatch: Hawaii'', until she left the show owing to her first pregnancy. She appeared in 33 episodes. After her hiatus, Burns returned to television. The 41st Daytime Emmy Awards, presented by the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences (NATAS), "recognizes outstanding achievement in all fields of daytime television production and are presented to individuals and programs broadcast from 2:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. during the 2013 calendar year". Victoria Vale (usually called "Vicki" or "Vickie") is a fictional character appearing in American comic books published by DC Comics, commonly in association with the superhero Batman. Created by Bob Kane and Bill Finger, the character debuted in ''Batman'' #49 (October 1948).
