Brigitte Adler
Brigitte Adler (22 April 1944 – 25 October 2004) was a German politician of the Social Democratic Party (SPD) and former member of the German Bundestag. Early life Adler was born on 22 April 1944 in Drangstedt, Wesermünde. She attended Wertheim High School, where she completed her intermediary examination. She attended the Heidelberg teacher training college and the Weingarten/Tettnang Primary Teacher's Institute, where she completed Parts I and II of her teacher training examinations. The Bundestag (, "Federal Diet") is the German federal parliament. It is the only federal representative body that is directly elected by the German people. It is comparable to the United States House of Representatives or the House of Commons of the United Kingdom. Drangstedt
Drangstedt is a village and a former municipality in the district of Cuxhaven, in Lower Saxony, Germany. Since 1 January 2015 it is part of the town Geestland. Drangstedt belonged to the Prince-Archbishopric of Bremen, established in 1180. In 1648 the Prince-Archbishopric was transformed into the Duchy of Bremen, which was first ruled in personal union by the Swedish Crown - interrupted by a Danish occupation (1712–1715) - and from 1715 on by the Hanoverian Crown.
