	Brian Tawse Brian Tawse (born 30 July 1945) is a Scottish former professional footballer who made over 100 appearances in the Football League for Brighton & Hove Albion as a winger. Career Born in Ellon, Tawse played in the Football League for Arsenal, Brighton & Hove Albion and Brentford and made a total of 129 appearances between 1964 and 1971. 	Football League First Division The Football League First Division was a division of the Football League in England from 1888 until 2004. It was the top division in the English football league system from the season 1888–89 until 1991–92, a century in which the First Division's winning club became English men's football champions. 	Football League Fourth Division The Football League Fourth Division was the fourth-highest division in the English football league system from the 1958–59 season until the creation of the Premier League prior to the 1992–93 season.
