Brett Gabbert
Brett Gabbert is an American football quarterback for the Miami RedHawks. Early life and high school Gabbert attended Christian Brothers College where he led them to the 2018 MSHSAA Class 6 state championship. Gabbert would decide to commit to play college football at the Miami University in Ohio. College career In Gabbert's true freshman season he was named the Miami Ohio starting quarterback to open the season for their week one matchup versus Iowa, becoming the first true freshman in Miami Ohio history to open the season as their starter. In Gabbert's first start he would complete 17 of his 27 passes for 186 yards and two touchdowns with an interception, but the RedHawks would fall to Iowa 38-14. In week eleven, Gabbert would have a breakout game going nine for fifteen passing for 225 yards and three touchdowns with an interception, as he would help Miami Ohio rout Bowling Green 44-3. The Miami RedHawks football (known as the Miami Redskins before 1996) program represents Miami University, located in Oxford, Ohio, in college football at the NCAA Division I FBS level. 2021 North Texas Mean Green Football Team
The 2021 North Texas Mean Green football team represented the University of North Texas during the 2021 NCAA Division I FBS football season. The Mean Green played their home games at Apogee Stadium in Denton, Texas, and competed in the West Division of Conference USA (C-USA). Blaine Williamson Gabbert (born October 15, 1989) is an American football quarterback for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at Missouri before leaving early for the 2011 NFL Draft after his junior year. He was drafted by the Jacksonville Jaguars in the first round with the 10th overall pick. He has also played for the San Francisco 49ers, Arizona Cardinals, and Tennessee Titans. Gabbert was on the Buccaneers' roster as a backup quarterback when they won Super Bowl LV. The 2023 Miami RedHawks football team represented Miami University as a member of the East Division of the Mid-American Conference (MAC) during the 2023 NCAA Division I FBS football season. They were led by tenth-year head coach Chuck Martin and played their home games at Yager Stadium in Oxford, Ohio. Miami won the East division with a 7–1 conference record with their only loss coming against West champion Toledo.
