Brenda Giselle Castro Madrigal (born July 25, 1992 in Guápiles, Limón, Costa Rica) is a Costa Rican model and beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned Miss Costa Rica 2015 and represented her country at the Miss Universe 2015 pageant. she also will represent Costa Rica at Miss Grand International 2019 in Caracas. Personal life Brenda was born in Guápiles, Limón Province. Brenda started modeling at age 15. Before winning the Miss Costa Rica, she had previously won Señorita Expo-Pococí 2008, Miss Teenager Costa Rica 2011, Miss Latinoamérica Costa Rica 2014 and Señorita Verano Costa Rica 2015. She also had international placements as 2nd Runner-up Miss Teenager International 2011 and 3rd Runner-up Miss Latinoamerica International 2014. Limón Province
Limón (), commonly known as Puerto Limón, is a district, the capital city and main hub of Limón province, as well as of the Limón canton in Costa Rica. It is the seventh largest city in Costa Rica, with a population of over 55,000, and is home of the Afro-Costa Rican community. Part of the community traces its roots to Italian, Jamaican and Chinese laborers who worked on a late nineteenth-century railroad project that connected San José to Puerto Limón. Miss Universe 2015
Miss Universe 2015 was the 64th Miss Universe pageant, held at The AXIS at Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas, Nevada, United States on December 20, 2015. This was the first edition of the pageant to be held under the ownership of WME/IMG, which purchased the Miss Universe Organization from Donald Trump on September 14, 2015. Consequently, it is also the first Miss Universe event to be aired by Fox and Azteca as the pageant's respective English and Spanish broadcasters instead of NBC. At the end of the event, Paulina Vega of Colombia crowned Pia Wurtzbach of the Philippines as Miss Universe 2015. Carolina Rodríguez (Miss Costa Rica)
Carolina Rodríguez Ballesteros (born 24 May 1986 in León) is a retired Spanish rhythmic gymnast. She is a veteran of the sport who started her senior career in the early 2000s. She competed in three Olympic cycles: at the 2004 Athens where she was member of the Spanish group, at the 2012 London competing as an individual gymnast where she finished 14th in all-around qualifications and at the 2016 Rio competing again as an individual, finishing in 8th in the rhythmic gymnastics individual all-around final.
