Brant Chambers
Brant Chambers (born 4 January 1980) is an Australian rules footballer who played for Subiaco Football Club in the West Australian Football League (WAFL) and for Sturt Football Club, Sturt in the South Australian National Football League (SANFL). Playing career Chambers played junior football for Eastern Range in Victoria, later playing for Gembrook Cockatoo Football Club. In 2000 Chambers played eight matches for Subiaco in the WAFL. He played several seasons for Nightcliff Football Club, Nightcliff in the Northern Territory Football League from 2000/01. In January 2001 he represented the Northern Territory in a match against Port Adelaide Football Club, Port Adelaide. Chambers was recruited to by Sturt in the SANFL in 2001. In 2002 he played in Sturt's premiership side. Between 2001 and 2010 he played 204 games and scoring 672 goals, seventh on the all-time list of SANFL goalkickers. Subiaco Football Club
The Subiaco Football Club, nicknamed the Lions and known before 1973 as the ''Maroons'', is an Australian rules football club in the West Australian Football League (WAFL) and WAFL Women's (WAFLW). It was founded in 1896, and admitted to the WAFL in 1901, along with North Fremantle. The club is currently based at Leederville Oval, having previously played at Subiaco Oval. History Subiaco was incorporated in 1896, establishing its base at a small playing arena within the environs of the Shenton Park Lake. During the club's embryonic period it played in the "First Rate Juniors" competition from 1896 to 1900 and enjoyed premiership success. The Sturt Football Club, nicknamed The Double Blues, is a semi-professional Australian rules football club based in the suburb of Unley, South Australia, which plays in the South Australian National Football League. Founded in 1901 by the Sturt Cricket Club, the club initially struggled to make the finals, however, in 1915 they won their first Premiership.
