Simon Tüting (born 7 September 1986) is a German former professional footballer who played as a midfielder. Club career Tüting was born in Bramsche, Lower Saxony. In 2007, he left VfL Osnabrück for then Bundesliga side Hansa Rostock. For Rostock he made one Bundesliga appearance and another five in the 2. Bundesliga after the club was relegated. Filiz Polat (born 11 July 1978 in Bramsche, Lower Saxony) is a German politician for the Alliance 90/The Greens. Early years Polat was born on 11 July 1978 in Bramsche, a town in Osnabrück District, Germany, to a Turkish physician father and a German regional politician mother. She was schooled in Bramsche where she also attended high school. She finished her secondary education in Münster with Abitur and studied Economics at the Goethe University Frankfurt graduating with a thesis on "''Employment Effects of Technological Change: A Micro-econometric Approach''" in 2002. Harfleur () is a commune in the Seine-Maritime department in the Normandy region of northern France. Osnabrück () is a districts of Germany, district (''Landkreis'') in the southwest of Lower Saxony, Germany. With 2,122 km² it is the second largest district of Lower Saxony. History The district in its present form was established on July 1, 1972 by merging the former districts of Melle, Germany, Melle, Bersenbrück (Samtgemeinde), Bersenbrück and Wittlage, and most of the old district of Osnabrück.
