Brad Foster (boxer)
Brad Foster (born 22 October 1997) is a British professional boxer who held the British and Commonwealth super-bantamweight titles between 2019 and 2021. Early life Brad Foster was born on 22 October 1997 in Walsall, England. At the age of 9 he took up kickboxing. After winning multiple kickboxing championships including British, European and world titles, he turned to boxing aged 18. Professional career Foster made his professional debut on 5 December 2015, winning a four round points decision over Josh O'Donnell at the Town Hall in Dudley, West Midlands. In November 2016, he signed a three-year promotional contract with Frank Warren's Queensberry Promotions. Super bantamweight, also known as junior featherweight, is a weight class in professional boxing, contested from and up to . There were attempts by boxing promoters in the 1920s to establish this weight class, but few sanctioning organizations or state athletic commissions would recognize it. Jack Wolf won recognition as champion when he beat Joe Lynch at Madison Square Garden on September 21, 1922, but afterwards the weight division fell into disuse. Lucien Reid (born 19 October 1993) is an English professional boxer who challenged for the British and Commonwealth super-bantamweight titles in 2019. Amateur career Reid won the 2013 Amateur Boxing Association British bantamweight title, when boxing out of the West Ham ABC. Professional career Reid made his professional debut on 30 May 2015, scoring a fourth-round technical knockout (TKO) victory over Elemir Rafael at The O2 Arena, London. The Copper Box Arena is a multi-sport venue built for the 2012 Summer Olympics, located in the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in London, England. A majority draw is an outcome in several full-contact combat sports, including boxing, mixed martial arts (MMA), and other sports involving striking. In a majority draw, two of the three judges agree that neither fighter won (i.e. tied scorecards), while the third judge indicates one fighter being the winner on his/her scorecard. Broadhall Way, known as the Lamex Stadium for sponsorship purposes, is an association football stadium in Stevenage, Hertfordshire. It has been the home ground of Stevenage (formerly Stevenage Borough and Stevenage Town) since the early 1960s, and has a capacity of 7,800 people.
