Bosnia and Herzegovina participated in the Eurovision Song Contest 2007 with the song "Rijeka bez imena" written by Aleksandra Milutinović and Goran Kovačić. The song was performed by Marija Šestić. On 16 January 2007, the Bosnian broadcaster Radio and Television of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BHRT) revealed that they had internally selected Marija Šestić to compete at the 2007 contest in Helsinki, Finland. Her song, "Rijeka bez imena", was presented to the public during a show entitled ''BH Eurosong 2007'' on 5 March 2007. Marija Šestić
Marija Šestić ( sr-cyr, Марија Шестић; born 5 May 1987) is a Bosnian-Serb singer and musician. She is most known for representing Bosnia and Herzegovina in the Eurovision Song Contest 2007 in Helsinki, Finland. Performing the song "Rijeka bez imena" ("Nameless river"), Šestić collected a total of 106 points, placing eleventh out of twenty-four entries. Career A pianist by trade, Šestić has achieved top results in domestic festivals and also had the chance to be the first artist from the former Yugoslavia to appear on MTV Europe. Macedonia In The Eurovision Song Contest 2002
Karolina Gočeva represented Macedonia in the 2002 Eurovision Song Contest with the song "Od nas zavisi" after winning the national final selection, for the Eurovision Song Contest 2002. Before Eurovision Skopje Fest 2002 The final was held on 16 February 2002 at the Macedonian National Theatre in Skopje, hosted by Igor Džambazov. The winner was chosen by a combination of votes from the audience in the hall (20%), televoting (40%) and an expert jury (40%). Other participants included Andrijana Janevska who was the runner-up with the French lyrics song "O šeri, mon šeri" (O cherie mon cherie) and Risto Samardžiev who came third with "Nema veke pesni tazni". At Eurovision Karolina Gočeva performed 9th on the night of the contest, following Estonia and preceding Israel. Alenka Gotar is a Slovene soprano singer, born in Rodica, Domžale, Rodica in 1977. With the song "Cvet z juga" ("Flower of the South"), she represented Slovenia in the Eurovision Song Contest 2007 in Helsinki, Finland.
