Karolina Gočeva represented Macedonia in the 2002 Eurovision Song Contest with the song "Od nas zavisi" after winning the national final selection, for the Eurovision Song Contest 2002. Before Eurovision Skopje Fest 2002 The final was held on 16 February 2002 at the Macedonian National Theatre in Skopje, hosted by Igor Džambazov. The winner was chosen by a combination of votes from the audience in the hall (20%), televoting (40%) and an expert jury (40%). Skopje Fest
Skopje Fest ( mk, Скопје фест) or Festival na zabavni melodii Skopje (Фестивал на забавни мелодии Скопје) is one of the main musical events in North Macedonia. SkopjeFest began in 1968 in the Universal Hall in Skopje, and continued until 1980. In this short time, the festival became one of the biggest music events in Yugoslavia. Skopjefest was the place where famous Macedonian singers such as Slave Dimitrov, Zafir Hadzimanov, Nina Spirova made their performances together with eminent Yugoslav performers. Audiences enjoyed over 50 songs. After Macedonia gained its independence peacefully from Yugoslavia, SkopjeFest was revived in 1994, and has since taken over from MakFest as North Macedonia's premier music festival. Karolina Gočeva ( mk, Каролина Гочева, ; born 28 April 1980), sometimes credited as Karolina Gocheva or known only as Karolina, is a Macedonian pop singer. Gočeva launched her music career in 1991 with a performance at a local children's show and continued participating in the following years, receiving recognition for her talent. In 1992, she released her first children album titled ''Mamo, pušti me'' ( en, Mom, let me go). After several years of participating at the Skopje Fest, the Macedonian regional show for a song selection for the Eurovision Song Contest, she signed a contract with the record label Avalon Production in 2000. The Eurovision Song Contest 2002 was the 47th edition of the Eurovision Song Contest. It took place in Tallinn, Estonia, following the country's victory at the with the song "Everybody" by Tanel Padar, Dave Benton and 2XL. He was born on July 15, 1963, in Skopje to composer Aleksandar Džambazov and actress Anče Džambazova. His grandfather was the renowned Macedonian actor Petre Prličko. Andrijana Janevska ( mk, Андријана Јаневска, born December 6, 1981) is a famous Macedonian singer and musician. Biography Janevska was born in Skopje, SR Macedonia, Yugoslavia (in present-day North Macedonia) where she currently works and lives. Her occupation is a violinist for the Macedonian National Opera. In addition to her musical talents, Andrijana also enjoys playing chess as a hobby. She is also proficient in playing the piano and her first composition was created at the age of 11. Risto Samardžiev
Risto Samardžiev (Macedonian: Ристо Самарџиев), born 17 August 1964 in Skopje, is a Macedonian singer and songwriter. He started his musical career when he was 16 years old. He formed the Cilindar group in 1981, which was one of the first New Wave rock bands in the Socialist Republic of Macedonia. He was also the frontman of New Romantic group Haos in Laos. In 1987 he was invited to perform on MakFest, the largest music festival in the country. The song he performed, Chilli Willi (Чили Вили) then became a hit in Macedonia. Tijana Dapčević (; mk, Тијана Дапчевиќ, , sr-cyr, Тијана Дапчевић, , ; born 3 February 1976) is a Macedonian-Serbian pop singer.
