Bose (crater)
Bose is a lunar impact crater that is located on the far side of the Moon, in the southern sphere hemisphere. It lies just to the northwest of the smaller crater Bhabha, and southeast of Alder. The outer rim of Bose has become worn and the edges rounded by impacts, although the shape of the wall is still well-preserved. The small satellite crater Bose D lies across the east-northeastern rim, and a smaller craterlet has impacted on the inner southeast wall. The inner floor is level with a low central peak offset slightly to the southeast of the midpoint. There are several tiny craterlets marking the interior, including three to the east of the central peak. The crater is named after an eminent Indian polymath, Sir Jagadish Chandra Bose, for his works on wireless communication. ''Bose'' is a 2004 Indian Tamil-language action thriller film written and directed by Senthil Kumar. It stars Srikanth and Sneha and Kalabhavan Mani, Nagesh, Thalaivasal Vijay, Manikka Vinayagam, and Kalairani in supporting roles. Upon release, the film was dubbed into Telugu as ''Rakshana'' and released in 2005, and the film was also dubbed in Hindi as ''Commando - The Force''. The film was also remade in Kannada as '' Yodha'' and released in 2009. Bose follows the path of a soldier after he is fired after an incident where he injures a politician attempting to rape a girl. The Bose Monastic Community () is an ecumenical community founded by Enzo Bianchi in 1965 at Bose, a frazione in the commune of Magnano, Italy. In 2020 the Holy See ordered four members, including Bianchi, to separate from the community. History On 8 December 1965, Bianchi decided to start living in a rented house in Bose, where he lived alone for three years. He visited several communities during this time, including Tamié Abbey, Mount Athos, and the Ecumenical Taizé Community. He was also friends with Cardinal Michele Pellegrino. On 17 November 1967, the local bishop prohibited public liturgical celebrations in Bose, which the Bose community attributed to be due to the frequent presence of non-Catholics. Pellegrino intervened to remove the interdict on 29 June 1968. In October 1968, two Catholics, a Protestant minister, and another female Protestant, joined Bianchi in Bose. Bose Ogulu is a Nigerian academic, businesswoman and talent manager. She manages her son Burna Boy's musical career and thus is also known as Mama Burna. Early life Ogulu is the daughter of Nigerian music critic Benson Idonije, who was the manager of Fela Kuti. With a Bachelor of Arts in foreign languages and a Masters of Arts in translation from University of Port Harcourt, Ogulu had a successful career as a translator for the Federation of West African Chambers of Commerce.
