Bodrumspor is a Turkish football club located in Bodrum, Turkey. History The club was founded under the name ''Bodrumspor'' in 1931 by Derviş Görgün, who was also a footballer for the club. They spent their early history as an amateur club before promoting to the TFF Third League in 1995. In the 2012-13 season with support from the Bodrum municipality, the club changed its name to ''Bodrum Belediyesi Bodrumspor'', and again achieved promotion to the TFF Third League in the 2014-15 season. Colours and badge The club colours were originally red and yellow, but are now green and white. Bodrum () is a port city in Muğla Province, southwestern Turkey, at the entrance to the Gulf of Gökova. Its population was 35,795 at the 2012 census, with a total of 136,317 inhabitants residing within the district's borders. Gökdeniz Bayrakdar (born 23 November 2001) is a Turkish professional footballer who plays as a winger for TFF First League club Bodrumspor on loan from Antalyaspor. He has represented Turkey at youth level. Early years Gökdeniz Bayrakdar was born on 23 November 2001, in Kandıra, Kocaeli Province to a family originally from Trabzon. Turkish Regional Amateur League
The Turkish Regional Amateur League ( tr, Bölgesel Amatör Ligi) is the fifth tier of the Turkish football league system. The tier comprises a number (usually 11-13, varies by season) of groups across Turkey, each consisting of teams grouped according to the regions in which they are based. Every season, 9 teams are promoted to the TFF Third League while the bottom two teams of each group are relegated to the Super Amateur Leagues of their respective provinces. League status Turkish Regional Amateur League contains 149 teams which participate in eleven groups. 1 of these groups contains 12 teams, 3 of these groups contain 13 teams and the remaining 7 groups contain 14 teams. Sergen Yatağan (born 17 May 1999) is a Turkish footballer who plays as a midfielder for Serik Belediyespor on loan from Bodrumspor. Career Yatağan is a youth product of the academies of Ilıca Belediyespor, Gençlerbirliği and Antalyaspor. He was promoted to the senior team in 2019, and signed a professional contract.
