Bobby Marcel Wilson (born February 27, 1980), better known by his stage name Bobby V (also known as Bobby Valentino), is an American R&B singer. He was first a member of the R&B group Mista in 1994, before signing to rapper Ludacris through his label imprint, Disturbing tha Peace under Def Jam Recordings in 2005. Bobby V's first single as a solo artist, "Slow Down", released in February 2005, peaked at number 8 on ''Billboard''s Hot 100 chart. The single was certified gold by the RIAA and became the lead single for his eponymous debut album (2005)—which peaked at number 3 on the ''Billboard'' 200 and had a follow up single, " Tell Me" (featuring Lil Wayne). Jodeci ( ) is an American Contemporary R&B, R&B quartet consisting of members DeVanté Swing, Dalvin DeGrate, Mr. Dalvin, K-Ci (singer), K-Ci, and K-Ci and JoJo, JoJo. Marvin Pentz Gay Jr., who also spelled his surname as Gaye (April 2, 1939 – April 1, 1984), was an American singer and songwriter. "Anonymous" is the second single from Bobby Valentino's second studio album, '' Special Occasion''. The song features and was produced by Timbaland. Background information The song was written by Ezekiel "Zeke" Lewis, Balewa Muhammad, Candice Nelson, and Patrick "J. Que" Smith of the popular songwriting/production team The Clutch. In addition, it shares a drum sample with the Three 6 Mafia song " Stay Fly," originally sampled from an earlier Willie Hutch song titled "Tell Me Why Our Love Turned Cold." The track has an intro reminiscent of Justin Timberlake's " My Love" and also shares similar vocals and lyrics to "Tell Me Why Our Love Turned Cold".
