Robert Paul Brown (July 5, 1876 – June 17, 1962) was an American-born Canadian professional baseball player, manager, and team owner.Vancouver History Retrieved 12 May 2015. He was active in Minor League Baseball, minor league baseball in various capacities from 1900 through 1953, appearing in over 600 games as player and managing for at least 14 seasons. Vancouver Beavers
The Vancouver Beavers were a Class-B minor league baseball team based in Vancouver, British Columbia that played on and off from 1908 to 1922. The team played in the Northwestern League (1905–1917), Northwestern League, Pacific Coast International League, Northwest International League and Western International League. In early years, their games were staged at Recreation Park (Vancouver), Recreation Park. From 1913 on, they played their home games at Athletic Park (Vancouver), Athletic Park. Pendleton is a city and the county seat of Umatilla County, Oregon. Fort Dodge is a city in, and the county seat of, Webster County, Iowa, United States, along the Des Moines River. The population was 24,871 in the 2020 census, a decrease from 25,136 in 2000. The Spokane Indians are a Minor League Baseball team located in Spokane Valley, the city immediately east of Spokane, Washington, in the Pacific Northwest. The Southwest Washington League was a Class-D level Minor League Baseball circuit based in the southwest region of Washington state that played three seasons from 1903 to 1906. The league teams played six times a week, but only the weekend games counted in the standings.
