Bo Huff
Gerald Douglas "Bo" Huff (March 12, 1943 – August 4, 2015) was an American custom car designer and an influential figure in the American Kustom Kulture and hot rod movement. He was known as the "Rockabilly King" in the American custom car scene for his promotion of Kustom Kulture lifestyle, rat rods, and custom cars, and was identified as one of the top 20th and early 21st century American custom car designers. Early life Gerald Huff was born on March 12, 1943 in Clarksville, Arkansas to Junior Gervis and Corene Crossno Huff. He had a sister named Ada Jean. In 1951, the Huff family left Arkansas for coal mining work opportunities in the town of Dragerton, Utah—a town that was later merged with the neighboring town of Columbia, Utah and incorporated as East Carbon. East Carbon is a city in Carbon County, Utah, United States. The population was 1,301 at the 2010 census. East Carbon was incorporated on July 23, 1973, from the merger of the two struggling mining towns of Dragerton and Columbia. On January 1, 2014, the city annexed the neighboring city of Sunnyside. Grand National Roadster Show
The Grand National Roadster Show (a.k.a.: GNRS, or sometimes referred to as ''Oakland Roadster Show'' but never officially called that), started in 1950, and is one of the oldest and longest continuously operating exhibitions of custom vehicles in the United States. Lincoln, Arkansas
Lincoln is a city in Washington County, Arkansas, United States. The population was 2,249 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Northwest Arkansas metro area. History Establishment The area around Lincoln first saw white settlement in the late 1820s. It was first known as Blackjack after the blackjack oaks used to build the first schoolhouse. A sitcom, a portmanteau of situation comedy, or situational comedy, is a genre of comedy centered on a fixed set of characters who mostly carry over from episode to episode. George Barris (born George Salapatas; November 20, 1925 – November 5, 2015) was an American designer and builder of Hollywood custom cars. Barris designed and built the Hirohata Merc.
