Bloodstained (series)
''Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night'' is a Metroidvania-styled video game developed by Japanese indie studio ArtPlay and published by 505 Games. The game's development was led by former ''Castlevania'' series producer Koji Igarashi and is considered a spiritual successor to the series. The game was released for Microsoft Windows, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One in June 2019, for Amazon Luna in October 2020, for iOS and Android in December 2020, and for Stadia in July 2021. Igarashi conceived the game after his departure from Konami in 2014, prompted by numerous fan requests to continue making games in the style of '' Castlevania: Symphony of the Night''. He used the crowdfunding platform Kickstarter to demonstrate the demand for the game to potential sources of funding for it in 2015. WayForward Technologies, Inc. is an American independent video game developer and publisher based in Valencia, California. Founded in March 1990 by technology entrepreneur Voldi Way, WayForward started by developing games for consoles such as the Super NES and Sega Genesis, as well as TV games and PC educational software. The Dracula X Chronicles
''Castlevania: The Dracula X Chronicles'' is a PlayStation Portable game in the ''Castlevania'' series of games by Konami. The game is a remake of '' Castlevania: Rondo of Blood'' with 2.5D graphics, and represents the first time that ''Rondo of Blood'' was released outside of Japan. The game includes the original ''Rondo of Blood'' localized into English, as well as a remastered version of '' Castlevania: Symphony of the Night''. The game was released in North America on October 23, 2007. Gameplay ''Dracula X Chronicles'' adds minor additions and features to the gameplay of ''Rondo of Blood''. Platform Game
