Uroš Blažić
On the evening of 4 May 2023, a shooting spree occurred in the villages of Dubona and Malo Orašje, between Mladenovac and Smederevo, Serbia. Armed with an automatic assault rifle, the shooter opened Drive-by shooting, fire from a car, resulting in the deaths of nine individuals, including an off-duty police officer, and leaving twelve others injured. The perpetrator, 20-year-old Uroš Blažić, fled the scene but was apprehended the next day near Kragujevac. Following the incident, Blažić's father, uncle, and first cousin were also taken into custody, facing charges related to criminal possession of a weapon. The uncle and first cousin were tried separately from the rest. First cousin was found guilty and sentenced to 18 months in prison, while uncle was acquitted. Branislav Blažić
Branislav Blažić ( sr-cyr, Бранислав Блажић; 1 April 1957 – 1 April 2020) was a Serbian surgeon and politician. He served several terms in the assemblies of FR Yugoslavia, Serbia, and Vojvodina, and was Minister of Environmental Protection in the Government of Serbia from 1998 to 2000. Formerly a prominent figure in the far-right Serbian Radical Party, Blažić was a member of the Serbian Progressive Party from its formation in 2008 until his death. On 6 October 2017, Blažić was appointed as a state secretary in Serbia's Ministry of Environmental Protection. He died of a COVID-19 infection on 1 April 2020, his sixty-third birthday. Sergio (Serđo) Blažić "Đoser" (8 April 1951 – 18 January 1987) was a Yugoslav rock musician, best known as the lead vocalist of popular hard rock band Atomsko Sklonište. Antun Blažić (28 May 1916September 1943) was a Croatian Jewish Ha-Kol (Glasilo Židovske zajednice u Hrvatskoj); Židovi u antifašističkom pokretu; stranica 38; broj 109, ožujak / travanj / svibanj 2009. Marko Blažić ( sr-cyrl, Марко Блажић; born 2 August 1985) is a Serbian professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for FK Ušće Novi Beograd. Milena Mileva Blažić (born 12 September 1956) is a Slovenian literary historian and university professor. Life and work Blažić attended elementary and secondary school in Novi Travnik (BiH). She has lived and worked in Ljubljana, Slovenia since 1975. In 1985 she graduated from the Department of Comparative Literature and Literary Theory at the Faculty of Arts and Science. Viktor Blažič (19 July 1928 – 25 June 2014) was a Slovenian journalist, essayist, translator and former anti-Communist dissident. He was born in the village of Smolenja Vas near Novo Mesto in south-eastern Slovenia, then part of the Kingdom of Serbs, Croats and Slovenes. In 1944, he joined the partisan resistance. After World War II, he became a journalist. In the early 1960s, he was member of the editorial board of the alternative journal '' Perspektive''. In the early 1970s, he was one of the founders of the environmentalist movement in Slovenia.
