Blake Brandel
Blake Brandel (born January 23, 1997) is an American football offensive tackle for the Minnesota Vikings of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at Oregon State, and was drafted by the Vikings in the sixth round of the 2020 NFL Draft. He is married to Natalie Stone. College career A 3-star recruit, Brandel committed to Oregon State over offers from Colorado, Nevada, and Washington State. He made 48 consecutive starts for the Beavers between 2016 and 2019. He was a Second-team All-Pac-12 honoree in 2019. Brandel was also a three-time all-academic team selection. Professional career Brandel was selected by the Minnesota Vikings with the 203rd overall pick in the sixth round of the 2020 NFL Draft. He was placed on the reserve/COVID-19 list by the Vikings on July 27, 2020, and activated four days later. The Oregon State Beavers football team represents Oregon State University in NCAA Division I FBS college football. The team first fielded an organized football team in 1893 and is a member of the Pac-12 Conference. Jonathan Smith has been the head coach since November 29, 2017. Their home games are played at Reser Stadium in Corvallis, Oregon. The Washington State Cougars football program is the intercollegiate American football team for Washington State University, located in Pullman, Washington. Christian Darrisaw (born June 2, 1999) is an American football offensive tackle for the Minnesota Vikings of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at Virginia Tech and was drafted by the Vikings in the first round of the 2021 NFL Draft. Early life and college Darrisaw was born on June 2, 1999, in Petersburg, Virginia. He attended Riverdale Baptist School in Upper Marlboro, Maryland, where he played at left tackle for their football team. He committed to play college football at Virginia Tech, the only NCAA FBS offer he received, but was assigned by the school to attend Fork Union Military Academy in Fork Union, Virginia for academic reasons. Darrisaw rejoined Virginia Tech in 2018 and started at left tackle for the Hokies. Nevada Wolf Pack Football
The Nevada Wolf Pack football program represents the University of Nevada, Reno (commonly referred to as "Nevada" in athletics) in college football. The Wolf Pack competes in the Mountain West Conference at the Football Bowl Subdivision level of the NCAA Division I. It was founded on October 24, 1896, as the Sagebrushers in Reno, Nevada. The Wolf Pack's home field is Mackay Stadium, located at the north end of its campus in Reno, having been moved from it original location which opened on October 23, 1909. The "new" Mackay Stadium saw its first game on October 1, 1966 with a seating capacity of 7,500 and has undergone several renovations.
