Bjørg Riiser-Larsen
Bjørg Riiser-Larsen (September 28, 1916 – August 13, 2000) was a Norwegian actress. Riiser-Larsen appeared in several Norwegian films, and in 2006 the magazine '' Rushprint'' named her the greatest Norwegian film diva of all time. On the ''Rushprint'' website, the writer Kjell Ola Dahl describes Riiser-Larsen as a "film noir diva" and "femme fatale." Her starring role in the film ''Døden er et kjærtegn'' was a strong contributor to this assessment. Horten
is a town and municipality in Vestfold in Vestfold og Telemark county, Norway—located along the Oslofjord. The administrative centre of the municipality is the town of Horten. The municipality also includes the town of Åsgårdstrand and the villages of Borre, Skoppum, and Nykirke. The town of Horten was separated from the municipality of Borre to become a municipality of its own in 1858. The neighboring municipalities of Borre and Horten were merged back together on 1 January 1988. The name of the new united municipality was first ''Borre'', but after a referendum it was changed to ''Horten'' on 1 June 2002. The local newspaper in Horten is named Gjengangeren, and covers mostly local news. It is also available online (see external links section). Oroch People
Orochs (Russian ''О́рочи''), Orochons, or Orochis (self-designation: ''Nani'') are a people of Russia that speak the Oroch (''Orochon'') language of the Southern group of Tungusic languages. According to the 2002 census there were 686 Orochs in Russia. According to the 2010 census there were 596 Orochs in Russia. Orochs traditionally settled in the southern part of the Khabarovsk Krai, Russia and on the Amur and Kopp rivers. In the 19th century, some of them migrated to Sakhalin. In the early 1930s, the Orochi National District was created, but was cancelled shortly thereafter "due to lack of native population". ''Hansen og Hansen'' (Hansen and Hansen) is a Norwegian film from 1941. It was directed by Alfred Maurstad. The main roles were played by Liv Bredal and Carsten Winger. The film is based on Finn Bø's play ''Konge for en natt'' (King for One Night), which had been staged at the New Theater. A competition was held for the best theme song for the film. Three hundred manuscripts were submitted, and Jens Larsen from Stavanger won. Finn Bø then wrote the lyrics and title for the melody. The film was a great success at the cinema in 1941. Plot Carsten Winger stars as a young unknown man named Hansen that ends up in a boarding house in the western part of Oslo on the same day that another man named Hansen ( Axel Kielland), a real charmer, is expected. It is based on the novel ''Vigdis og hennes barns fedre'' (Vigdis and Her Child's Fathers), which was published by the lawyer Albert Wiesener in 1931 under the pseudonym Frantz Ferdinand. Plot Vigdis is the daughter of the teacher and fervent church singer Jens Bjørkeli. Vigdis is often at parties with other young people from the area, something her strict parents do not like.
