Björn Rosengren
Björn Folke Rosengren (born 14 April 1942) is a Swedish politician and advisor to the Stenbeck family. Rosengren was born in Täby. He was active in the labour union and as a Social Democratic politician. He served as chairman of the Swedish Municipal Employee Union ("Vision", formerly SKTF) from 1976-1982, and on the Federation of Public Employee Unions TCO 1982–1994. He served as county governor in the Norrbotten County from 1995-1998, as minister of enterprise from 1998-2002, and as a member of the parliament in 2002. Personal life Rosengren resides at Arnöbergs country manor on Arnö in lake Mälaren. Guldbaggen
The Guldbagge Awards ( sv, Guldbaggen, en, Gold scarab) is an official and annual Swedish film awards ceremony honoring achievements in the Swedish film industry. Winners are awarded a statuette depicting a rose chafer, better known by the name Guldbaggen. The awards, first presented in 1964 at the Grand Hôtel in Stockholm, are overseen by the Swedish Film Institute. It is described as the Swedish equivalent of the Academy Awards. The awards ceremony was first televised in 1981 on SVT2, and has since then been broadcast, almost every year, on SVT1, SVT2 or TV4. County Governors Of Sweden
A county administrative board ( sv, länsstyrelse) is a Swedish Government Agency in each of the counties of Sweden, led by a vice-regal governor ( sv, landshövding) appointed by the government for a term of six years. The lists of gubernatorial officeholders, in most cases, stretches back to 1634 when the counties were created by Chancellor Axel Oxenstierna. The main responsibilities of the county administrative board is to coordinate the development of the county in line with goals set in national politics. In each county there is also a County Council which is a policy-making assembly elected by the residents of the county. Leif Pagrotsky (born 20 October 1951 in Gothenburg) is a Swedish politician, economist, and diplomat. He held the position of Consul General of Sweden in New York City. Anders Sundström
Anders Sundström (born 26 July 1952) is a Swedish banker and former politician. Sundström became mayor of Piteå in 1979, at the age 27, he was the youngest at the time. He served as government minister, first as Minister of Employment from 1994 to 1996, Minister of Enterprise from 1996 to 1998, and Minister of Social Affairs in 1998, a position he left after only 20 days. Täby () was previously a trimunicipal locality, with 66,292 inhabitants in 2013. However, as from 2016, Statistics Sweden has amalgamated this locality with the Stockholm urban area.
