Peter Gilchrist (born 1968 in Middlesbrough) is an English-born Singaporean English billiards player. He won the World Billiards Championship (English billiards) in 1994, 2001, and 2013 (long format), and 2019. Career Peter Gilchrist played in Teesside Boys Billiards League as a youth. he was the English Amateur Champion in 1988. He won the World Billiards Championship (English billiards) in 1994, 2001, 2013 (long format) and 2019. He has won International Billiards and Snooker Federation world titles in 2015 (short format), 2016 and 2019 (long up). Rubilen "Bingkay" Amit (born October 3, 1981) is a Filipino female professional pocket billiards (pool) player. Amit is the first Filipino woman to become a world pool champion. Biography Rubilen Amit was born in Mandaue, Cebu. Amit began playing during her teens, often tagging along with her father Bobby at the Super Bowl in Makati. In college, she studied accountancy at the University of Santo Tomas. She participated in and won the 2000 and 2001 College of Commerce and Business Administration's billiards tournaments. The 2007 Southeast Asian Games ( th, กีฬาแห่งเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ 2007, Kila haeng echiye tawan oak chiyeng tai 2007), officially known as the 24th Southeast Asian Games, was a Southeast Asian multi-sport event held in Nakhon Ratchasima (Korat), Thailand. This was the sixth time Thailand hosted the Southeast Asian Games and its first time since 1995. Previously, Thailand also hosted the 1959 inaugural games, 1967 games, 1975 games and the 1985 games. The Thai Olympic Committee planned the event to coincide with the commemoration of 80th birthday of King Bhumibol Adulyadej who was also the gold medalist of the sailing event at the 1967 games.
