Bill Moos
William H. Moos (born circa 1951) is an American former college athletics administrator and college football player. He served as the athletic director at the University of Montana from 1990 to 1995, the University of Oregon from 1995 to 2007, Washington State University from 2010 to 2018, and the University of Nebraska–Lincoln from 2017 to 2021. Moos played college football at Washington State from 1969 to 1972. Early life Moos was born and raised on a wheat and cattle ranch in rural Washington, then moved to Olympia at age fourteen when his father was named director of agriculture for governor Daniel J. Evans. Moos graduated from Olympia High School and played college football at Washington State under head coach Jim Sweeney. Edwall, Washington
Edwall is a small unincorporated community located about 35 miles from the city of Spokane in Lincoln County, Washington, United States. Edwall is part of the Reardan-Edwall School District. The former Edwall School is now owned by the Parks and Recreation District and leased to Christian Heritage School, a private non-denominational school. In February 2014 record rain caused the small Creek to overflow and flood the center of town and causing permanent damage and closure to Edwall's post office. Edwall also has an active United Methodist Church congregation, Men's Service Club, Women in Action Committee, volunteer fire/emergency medical crew, and a volunteer-run library located in the original one-room wood-frame schoolhouse. Olympia High School (OHS), commonly referred to as Oly, is a public high school in the southeast part of Olympia, Washington along the city's border with Tumwater. It is the oldest of two comprehensive high schools in the Olympia School District, and also one of the oldest public secondary schools in the state of Washington. History Olympia High School opened in 1849 as additional public schooling beyond 1-8 curriculum, and graduated its first class in 1849. OHS shared a few locations with elementary schools before having its own building in 1907, when OHS became officially named William Winlock Miller School, a high school. McArthur Court
McArthur Court is a basketball arena located on the campus of the University of Oregon in Eugene and the former home of the Oregon Ducks men's and women's basketball teams, replaced in 2011 by Matthew Knight Arena. Also known as "The Pit" or "Mac Court," it was known as one of the most hostile arenas in the nation. The arena is named for Clifton N. (Pat) McArthur, U. S. Congressman and Oregon student-athlete and the school's first student body president. Its unique and antiquated structure has the fans on top of the court. Valleyford is an unincorporated community in Spokane County, Washington, United States. Valleyford has a post office with ZIP code 99036. Valleyford was listed to have a population of 2,913 according to the 2010 United States census. History Prior to the arrival of Europeans, the Coeur d'Alene people knew the Valleyford area for its bountiful camas harvests.
