Bill Kopp
William Kopp is an American animator, writer and voice actor. Career Kopp studied animation at the California Institute of the Arts. In 1984, he won a Merit Award from the Student Academy Awards for ''Mr. Gloom''. In 1985, he won a Student Academy Award for ''Observational Hazard''. Kopp animated the Whammy on the 1980s game show ''Press Your Luck'' and voiced the title character on Fox's '' Eek! The Cat'' and Kutter in ''The Terrible Thunderlizards'', which he created with Savage Steve Holland. He also voiced Tom in the Tom and Jerry films '' Tom and Jerry: Blast Off to Mars'' and '' Tom and Jerry: The Fast and the Furry''. He was an animator for ''The Tracey Ullman Show'' "The Simpsons" shorts, but left after one season. The California Institute of the Arts (CalArts) is a private art university in Santa Clarita, California. It was incorporated in 1961 as the first degree-granting institution of higher learning in the US created specifically for students of both the visual and performing arts. The Incredible Crash Dummies
''The Incredible Crash Dummies'' is a line of action figures designed by David McDonald and Jim Byrne, styled after the eponymous crash test dummy popularized in a public service advertising campaign of the late 1980s, to educate people on the safety of wearing seat belts. The toys were first released by Tyco Toys in the early 1990s and discontinued in 1994. From 2004 on, a new series of animated shorts involving the crash dummies was produced and the action figures subsequently revived under the Hot Wheels brand, another subdivision of Mattel. ''What a Cartoon!'' (later known as ''The What a Cartoon! Show'' and ''The Cartoon Cartoon Show'') is an American animated anthology series created by Fred Seibert for Cartoon Network. The shorts were produced by Hanna-Barbera Productions; by the end of the run, a Cartoon Network Studios production tag was added to some shorts to signal they were original to the network. The project consisted of 48 cartoons, intended to return creative power to animators and artists, by recreating the atmospheres that spawned the iconic cartoon characters of the mid-20th century. ''The Baby Huey Show'' is an animated television series which ran in syndication during the 1994–95 and 1995-96 TV seasons. The show featured the Famous Studios/Harvey Comics character Baby Huey. 26 episodes were produced by combining old theatrical Famous Studios cartoons and new made for TV shorts. These were the first Baby Huey cartoons since the 1959 theatrical cartoon ''Huey's Father's Day''. Huey was voiced by Sid Raymond, reprising his role from the original Famous shorts. The first season was produced by Carbunkle Cartoons, a company which did animation on selected episodes of ''The Ren and Stimpy Show'' for seasons one and two. ''Taz-Mania'' is an American animated sitcom produced by Warner Bros. Animation from 1991 to 1995, broadcast in the United States on Fox Kids. The show follows the adventures of the ''Looney Tunes'' character Taz ( the Tasmanian Devil) in the fictional land of Tazmania (based on Tasmania).
