''Big Brother Danmark'' was the Danish version of the international reality television franchise ''Big Brother'' created by producer John de Mol. The series debuted on Danish television in January 2001 and was axed in June 2014, due to poor ratings. The show first aired two regular seasons on ''TvDanmark2'' (Now Kanal 4) in 2001. The series returned once again in 2003 on ''TvDanmark2'', first with a celebrity season called "''V.I.P''.", later that year ''TvDanmark2'' aired the first regular Big Brother season in nearly two years. In 2004 ''TvDanmark2'' aired one season before the show was paused indefinitely. The season was a celebrity season and was called "''Reality Allstars''". In 2007, it was announced that Modern Times Group, had bought the rights to Big Brother in Denmark. In the fall of 2007, TV3 Denmark aired the first season of Big Brother. Christian Brøns
Christian Brøns Petersen (born 1977) is a Danish singer. In 2001, Christian took part in the first season of TV Danmark's reality television series '' Big Brother'', but withdrew in protest. Shortly after he signed with Spin Music releasing his debut album ''Du kan gøre hvad du vil'' in 2001. The title track from the album was chosen as the Best Hit on Denmark's P3 radio station. It is a cover version of a song written by Patrik Isaksson in 1999. Next single was "Tilbage hvor vi var", a duet with Patrik Isaksson and another major hit reaching number 1 on Tracklisten, the official Danish Singles Chart. Thomas Bickham
Thomas Bickham, also known as Tomboy (born 29 March 1975 in Værløse), is a Danish drag queen, stylist, hairdresser, designer and TV personality. Bickham was originally trained as a clothing operator, but already as a 19 year old he started performing as a drag queen. Among other things, he has participated in the Danish TV shows ''Big Brother VIP'' (Denmark) 2003 (which he won), ''The Lyrics Board'' and ''De Fantastiske 5'' (Danish version of Queer Eye), as well as several TV ads. DR (), officially the Danish Broadcasting Corporation in English, is a Danish public-service radio and television broadcasting company.
