Bicentennial Park is a suburban parkland located west of the Sydney central business district in the suburb of , in the local government area of City of Parramatta, New South Wales, Australia. Bicentennial Park is situated on the shores of Homebush Bay and is a part of the Sydney Olympic Park. The park is a natural heritage site featuring an important wetland ecosystem and parklands. Bicentennial Park is a recreational area in Rockdale, a suburb of Sydney in New South Wales, Australia. It features a bike track, athletics facilities and soccer and rugby league grounds. The park is divided into three sections known as Bicentennial Park North, Bicentennial Park South and Bicentennial Park East. Two ponds are linked by a creek to more wetlands in Scarborough park, to the south. A footbridge over the ponds links Bicentennial Park East to the rest of the recreational area. Bicentennial Park South, currently known as Rockdale Ilinden Sports Centre, is a football (soccer) stadium in Rockdale, a suburb of Sydney in New South Wales, Australia. The venue is owned by Bayside Council and is currently leased and operated by the Rockdale Ilinden Football Club who compete in various local competitions, along with the top tier of men's football in the state, the National Premier Leagues NSW. Bicentennial Park is a baseball and softball stadium in Allentown, Pennsylvania. The park, originally named after the bicentennial year in which it was renovated, was officially renamed Earl F. Hunsicker Bicentennial Park after Hunsicker's death in 1987; it was renamed ECTB Stadium at Earl F. Hunsicker Bicentennial Park in 2005. ECTB is an acronym for the Elite Championship Tournament Baseball, a youth baseball organization. Bicentennial Park is a neighborhood park in Hillsboro in the U.S. state of Oregon. Opened in 1976, it is named for the United States' Bicentennial and also honors the city's one-hundredth year as a city. Located at northeast 25th Avenue and Parkwood, the park covers about and includes a water reservoir, a fire station, a playground, and a soccer field among other amenities. History By 1962 the city had purchased a 6.2-acre plot of land between northeast 24th and 25th streets at Parkwood to use in part for a water reservoir. In December 1962, the roof collapsed on the water tower while workers were attempting to complete the dome, killing five people. The Hillsboro Utilities Commission gave the land where the tower was located to the parks department to build a park at the site in 1975. Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park, also known as the Bicentennial Mall, is an urban state park in downtown Nashville, Tennessee.
