Bev Priestman
Beverly Priestman (born 29 April 1986) is an English professional football manager who is the current head coach of the Canada women's national team. Early life At age 12, Priestman signed-up for futsal in Consett, under John Herdman, who was at the time a university lecturer and a part-time football coach. Priestman graduated from Liverpool John Moores University and worked for Everton under Mo Marley. Coaching career Early career Priestman has coached Canada's U-17 and U-20 women's squads and was assistant coach for the Canada women's national soccer team under head coach Herdman. She coached England's women's U-17 squad, and she was assistant coach of the England women's national football team under head coach Phil Neville from 2018 to 2020. Phil Neville
Philip John Neville (born 21 January 1977) is an English football manager and former player, who is the head coach of MLS team Inter Miami CF. He is also the co-owner of Salford City, along with several of his former Manchester United teammates. After 10 years as a professional with Manchester United, during which time he won six Premier League titles, three FA Cups, three FA Charity Shields, the Intercontinental Cup, and the Champions League, he joined Everton in 2005, where he spent the final eight years of his playing career. Neville also played for England 59 times between 1996 and 2007, representing the nation at three European Championships. IFFHS World's Best National Coach
The IFFHS World's Best National Coach is an association football award given annually, since 1996, to the most outstanding national team coach as voted by the International Federation of Football History & Statistics (IFFHS). The votes, in 1996, were cast by IFFHS's editorial staff as well as experts from 89 countries spanning six different continents. 2022 CONCACAF W Championship
The 2022 CONCACAF W Championship was the 11th edition of the CONCACAF W Championship, the quadrennial international women's football championship contested by the senior women's national teams of the member associations of CONCACAF, the regional governing body of North America, Central America, and the Caribbean. Eight teams played in the tournament, which took place from 4 to 18 July 2022 in Mexico. The United States emerged as the winner, defeating Canada 1–0 in the final.
