Betsy Brooks Carr (born July 27, 1946) is a member of the Virginia House of Delegates, representing the 69th district, which includes part of Richmond and Chesterfield County. She served on the School Board in Richmond, Virginia, from 2006 to 2009 before being elected to the Virginia House of Delegates in the 2009 General Election. In addition, she is the founder, and in the past was the director of, the Micah Initiative, a program which is in partnership with 105 religious communities and 25 Elementary Schools that provides volunteers and tutors for children.
