Bernardino José De Campos Júnior
Bernardino José de Campos Júnior (6 September 1841 — 18 January 1915) was a Brazilian politician. He was governor of São Paulo from 23 August 1892 to 15 April 1896 and 3 July 1902 to 1 May 1904. Campos was born in Pouso Alegre. He served as the President of the Chamber of Deputies from 1891 to 1892. Karl Ernst Papf, or Ernesto Papf (March 17 1833 – March 16 1910) was a German-born Brazilian photographer, painter and designer. Papf was a prominent figure in the genre of ''fotopinturas'', the process of retouching photographs to make them resemble oil paintings, having produced several portraits for the Brazilian Imperial Family. Biography Papf was born in the city of Dresden, Kingdom of Saxony, on March 17 1833 to a family of miners. Bernardino de Campos is a municipality in the state of São Paulo (state), São Paulo in Brazil. The population is 11,158 (2020 est.) in an area of 244.2 km2. The elevation is . History Bernardino de Campos became a municipality on 9 October 1923 by State Law No. 1929, introduced on 22 December of the same year. José Alves de Cerqueira César (23 May 1835 – 26 July 1911) was a Brazilian politician who served as president (governor) of the State of São Paulo from December 1891 to August 1892. Cerqueira César was born in Guarulhos. He graduated in 1860 from the Law School of São Paulo and was public defender in the city of Itapetininga.
