Berlin Falling
''Berlin Falling'' is a 2017 German thriller film directed by Ken Duken. It tells the story of a retired soldier who picks up a mysterious hitchhiker. Plot A terrorist plans a brutal attack in the middle of Christmas celebrations in Berlin. He highjacks a car outside Berlin, forcing the driver to take him to the center of the city so he can carry out the attack. Frank is given an ultimatum by his soon to be ex-wife: he has one last chance for a good meeting with his daughter Lily, or she'll file for sole custody. Frank nervously leaves for Berlin to see them. On his way he meets a man in need for a ride, so he begrudgingly offers to accompany him. During the drive, the man, who calls himself Andreas, starts chattering away, which bothers Frank. Frank makes a hard turn on the road to scare him into silence, which causes Andreas' bag to open and reveal what seems to be a bomb. Ken Duken
Ken Duken (born 17 April 1979) is a German actor and director. Early life Ken Duken is the third child of film and stage actress Christina Loeb; his father is a doctor. Duken never attended a drama school but took courses in drama, including under James Reynold. The actor initially played various theatre roles, including in such plays as '' Der Besuch der alten Dame'' (The visit of the old lady), '' Das Haus in Montevideo'' (The house in Montevideo) and in various Shakespeare plays. He debuted as a film actor in 1997, playing a small role in the television crime film ''Blutiger Ernst'' alongside Nadja Uhl and Daniel Brühl. Thomas Wlaschiha (born 20 June 1973) is a German actor. Internationally, he is known for his roles as Jaqen H'ghar in the second, fifth and sixth seasons of the TV series '' Game of Thrones'', as well as Sebastian Berger in the TV series ''Crossing Lines''.
