''Berlin, Kapstadt, Prag'' ( en, link=no, italic=yes, Berlin, Cape Town, Prague) is the seventh studio album by German recording artist Annett Louisan, released by Columbia Records on 13 May 2016 in German-speaking Europe. Conceived amid the recording of Louisan's follow-up to her 2014 album ''Zu viel Information'', conception of the album was motivated by her appearance on the reality television series '' Sing meinen Song'' (2016), the German version of '' The Best Singers'' series, for which Louisan had reworked several original songs. A breakaway from the chanson A (, , french: chanson française, link=no, ; ) is generally any lyric-driven French song, though it most often refers to the secular polyphonic French songs of late medieval and Renaissance music. Annett Louis (born Annett Päge; 2 April 1977 in Havelberg, Saxony-Anhalt, East Germany) is a German singer. She lives in Hamburg, Germany. Louisan is her stage name, derived from the name of her grandmother, Louise. Concerning her birth year, there is conflicting testimony, with the official date being given as 1979. Her first album, ''Bohème'', was listed on German charts for almost a year, with a peak ranking of third place. She appeared on the AVO Session program at Basle on 7 November 2006. "Heroes" is a song by English musician David Bowie from his 12th studio album of the same name. Co-written by Bowie and Brian Eno and co-produced by Bowie and Tony Visconti, the song was recorded in mid-1977 at Hansa Studio 2 in West Berlin. Using a G– D chord progression, the backing track was recorded fully before lyrics were written; Bowie and Eno added synthesiser overdubs while Robert Fripp contributed guitar. To record the vocal, Visconti devised a "multi-latch" system, wherein three microphones were placed at different distances from Bowie and would open when he sang loud enough. Like other album tracks, he improvised lyrics while standing at the microphone. Udo Jürgens (born Jürgen Udo Bockelmann; 30 September 1934 – 21 December 2014) was an Austrian composer and singer of popular music whose career spanned over 50 years. He won the Eurovision Song Contest 1966 for Austria, composed close to 1,000 songs, and sold over 100 million records. In 2007, he additionally obtained Swiss citizenship.
