Beecher High School (Michigan)
Beecher Community School District is a public school district in Genesee County in the U.S. state of Michigan and in the Genesee Intermediate School District. It serves the census-designated place of Beecher which is just north of Flint. The Iowa State Cyclones men's basketball team represents Iowa State University (ISU) and competes in the Big 12 Conference of NCAA Division I. The Cyclones play their home games at Hilton Coliseum on Iowa State's campus. The Denver Nuggets are an American professional basketball team based in Denver. Monté Morris
Monté Robert Morris (born June 27, 1995) is an American professional basketball player for the Detroit Pistons of the National Basketball Association (NBA). He played college basketball for the Iowa State Cyclones. Early life and high school career Morris was born in Grand Rapids, Michigan and his mother is Lationa Morris. His mother nicknamed him "Man-Man" when he was born. He grew up in Flint, Michigan attending Flint Beecher High School. Morris was childhood friends with future NBA player and later NBA teammate, Kyle Kuzma, as both attended Dailey Elementary School. He was a four-year starter for the Beecher Buccaneers. The Iowa Hawkeyes men's basketball team is part of the University of Iowa athletics department. The Hawkeyes have played in 28 NCAA Tournaments, eight NIT Tournaments, won eight Big Ten regular-season conference championships and won the Big Ten tournament three times. Roy Marble
Roy Lane Marble, Jr. (December 13, 1966 – September 11, 2015) was an American professional basketball player, 6'6" tall, who played as a swingman (shooting guard/small forward). After playing four seasons at the University of Iowa from 1985 to 1989, Marble left the college as Iowa's all-time leading scorer with 2,116 points, a record which stood for 32 years until Luka Garza broke it on February 21, 2021. Marble was selected by the Atlanta Hawks in the first round (23rd overall) of the 1989 NBA Draft, playing for the club during his rookie year (24 games, scoring a total of 51 points). Courtney Tyrone Hawkins, Jr. (born December 12, 1969) is a former American football player and coach who is currently the wide receivers coach at Michigan State.
