Baywest Homes is a residential home builder with operations in Calgary, Alberta, Canada and is a division of Bordeaux Developments. The company was founded in 1985 by Dale Roh and Harry Denger, and partnered with Bordeaux Developments in 2001. Baywest has built over 1,000 homes in the Calgary area. Locations Baywest Homes has built in the Calgary communities of Tuscany and Sage Hill, Auburn Bay, Mahogany, Rancher's Rise The Ranches, Riverstone, Westland Estates and Cranston Ridge. Auburn Bay is a suburban residential neighbourhood in the southeast quadrant of Calgary, Alberta. It is located at the southeastern edge of the city, and is bounded by Seton Boulevard to the south, Deerfoot Trail to the west, 52 Street E to the east and Stoney Trail to the north. Mahogany is a suburban residential neighbourhood in Calgary, Alberta that was approved by its city council for development beginning in 2007. The community is bordered by 52 St SE to the west, along with the community of Auburn Bay, Stoney Trail to the north, the proposed East Freeway to the east, and an eastern extension of Seton Boulevard (dubbed 196 Avenue SE) to the south. Calgary TELUS Convention Centre is a convention centre in Calgary, Alberta, Canada that was completed in 1974, and was expanded in 2000 with the addition of the north building. The facility offers 122,000 square feet of convention space, over 47,000 square feet of exhibit space, five pre-function areas and 36 meeting rooms.
