Bay Central
Bay Central is a complex of three towers in Dubai Marina in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The West Tower, and the Intercontinental Tower stand at a height of 42 floors. The Central Tower, consists of 50 floors (180 metres). The Central and West towers are residential towers and were completed in 2013. The third tower is the Intercontinental Hotel and was opened in May 2015 after a 2-year delay. Dubai Marina ( ar, مرسى دبي), aka Marsa Dubai, is a district in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is an artificial canal city, built along a stretch of Persian Gulf shoreline. As of 2018, it has a population of 55,052. When the entire development is complete, it will accommodate more than 120,000 people in residential towers and villas. It is located on Interchange 5 between Jebel Ali Port and the area which hosts Dubai Internet City, Dubai Media City, and the American University in Dubai.
