Barney Gibson
Barney Peter Gibson (born 31 March 1996) is a former English cricketer who played as a wicket-keeper for Yorkshire. He is the youngest cricketer to play first-class cricket in England making his debut for Yorkshire in April 2011 aged 15 years and 27 days. Early life Gibson was born in Leeds, England and attended Crawshaw School in Pudsey. Before making his first-class debut, he represented Yorkshire County Cricket Club at Under-11, Under-12 and Under-13 levels. He had also played at schoolboy level for Leeds United, whose books he had been on between the ages of eight and twelve, before giving up football to concentrate on cricket. Charles Young (cricketer)
Charles Robertson Young (2 February 1852 — 12 April 1913) was an English first-class cricketer. The son of D. Young, an assistant superintendent in the Revenue Survey of the Indian Civil Service, Young was born in British India at Dharwar in February 1852. Young made his debut in first-class cricket for Hampshire against Kent at Gravesend in 1867. At the time, he was aged 15 years and 131 days, making him the youngest debutant in first-class cricket. His record was eventually surpassed by the Indian cricketer Mohammad Ramzan who was aged 12 years and 247 days on his first-class debut in October 1937. His record did however remain an English first-class record until 2011, when Yorkshire's Barney Gibson debuted aged 15 years and 27 days. Cricket is a bat-and-ball game played between two teams of eleven players on a field at the centre of which is a pitch with a wicket at each end, each comprising two bails balanced on three stumps. Ajmal Shahzad
Ajmal Shahzad (born 27 July 1985) is an English cricket coach and retired cricketer. As a right-arm fast bowler, he played first class cricket for five counties Yorkshire, Lancashire, Nottinghamshire, Sussex and Leicestershire between 2004 and 2017. Shahzad made his international debut for England in a Twenty20 International in February 2010. David Wainwright (Yorkshire Cricketer)
David John Wainwright (born 21 March 1985) is an English first-class cricketer, who played for Yorkshire from 2004 to 2011 and Derbyshire from 2012 to 2015. He is a left arm orthodox spin bowler, who has also played for British Universities and Loughborough UCCE. Oliver James Hannon-Dalby (born 20 June 1989) is an English cricketer, currently with Warwickshire having previously played for Yorkshire County Cricket Club. Gerard Brophy
Gerard Louis Brophy (born 26 November 1975, Welkom, Orange Free State, South Africa) is a first-class cricketer, latterly contracted to Yorkshire. He has also played for Ireland, Free State, Northamptonshire and Transvaal in a well travelled career. He was educated at Christian Brothers College, Boksburg, and made his first-class debut in the 1996/97 South African season. Standing relatively tall for a keeper at five feet eleven inches, he has taken 301 first-class catches and completed 22 stumpings. A right hand batsman, he has scored 5,520 runs at 32.09 with eight hundreds and a best of 185.
