Barbatana
João Lacerda Filho (11 February 1929 – 29 June 2011), commonly known as Barbatana, was a Brazilian professional football coach and player. During his playing days, he was a midfielder, and played for clubs in Minas Gerais and Rio de Janeiro. As a coach, he worked mainly with Atlético Mineiro, but also coached many other clubs in Brazil and the Indonesia national under-23 team. Career Player Barbatana first played in a club in his hometown Ponte Nova as a condition to work in the city's sugar refinery. The team was called Sport Club Ana Florentina, but soon he was seen by and went to play for Metalusina, a club from Barão de Cocais. The 1950 Atlético Mineiro European tour was an episode in the history of Clube Atlético Mineiro, an association football club based in Belo Horizonte, Brazil, in which it played a series of friendly football matches against clubs in Europe, becoming the first club of Minas Gerais and also the first Brazilian at professional level to compete in that continent. Atlético Mineiro played ten matches on European soil from 1 November to 7 December 1950, touring through West Germany (where it took part in a Winter Tournament), Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg and France (including the Saar Protectorate). Clube Náutico Capibaribe (), or simply Náutico, is a Brazilian multi-sport club based in Recife, Pernambuco. Ponte Nova
Ponte Nova is a municipality in central-eastern Minas Gerais state, Brazil. Location Ponte Nova is located a few kilometers south of the Doce River on a tributary called the Piranga. As of 2020, the population is estimated at 59,875 inhabitants and the area of the municipality is 470.6 km. The elevation is 402 meters above sea level. Antônio Carlos Cerezo (born 21 April 1955), known as Toninho Cerezo (), is a Brazilian former footballer. Marcelo de Oliveira Santos (born 4 March 1955) is a Brazilian professional football manager and former player who last managed Ponte Preta.
