Bangalipur Union () is a Union Council under Saidpur Upazila of Nilphamari District, in the division of Rangpur in Bangladesh. It has a total area of 41.44 square kilometres and a population of 21,379. Geography Two rivers flow through Bangalipur Union; the Ponchanala River and the Karatoa River. Bangalipur Union is from Saidpur city. It is bounded by Saidpur Cantonment and Kamar Puku Union to the north, Belaichandi Union and Gopinathpur Union to the south, Saidpur Airport to the west and Alampur Union to its east. Rangpur Division ( bn, রংপুর বিভাগ) is one of the Divisions in Bangladesh. It was formed on 25 January 2010, as Bangladesh's 7th division. Before that, it was under Rajshahi Division. Saidpur ( bn, সৈয়দপুর) is an upazila of Nilphamari District in the Division of Rangpur, Bangladesh. Saidpur thana; later renamed to upazila was established in 1915. Geography Saidpur is located at .
