Story, screenplay and dialogue by journalist and also writer Ahmed Zaman Choudhury. The film stars Razzak and Bobita in a lead role with Shahed Sharif, Zafor Iqbal, Baby Zaman, Khalil supporting role. In the film, first time Bobita won National Film Award. Abdur Razzak (actor)
Abdur Razzak (23 January 1942 – 21 August 2017) (known as Razzak) was a Bangladeshi actor and film director. He was dubbed Nayak Raj Razzak (King of Heroes), a term introduced by Ahmed Zaman Chowdhury, editor of the magazine ''Chitrali''. Razzak won the Bangladesh National Film Award for Best Actor five times for his roles in the films '' Ki Je Kori'' (1976), ''Ashikkhito'' (1978), ''Boro Bhalo Lok Chhilo'' (1982), ''Chandranath'' (1984) and ''Jogajog'' (1988). He was awarded the Independence Day Award in 2015 by the Government of Bangladesh. He acted in more than 300 Bengali and Urdu films and also directed 16 films. Zafar Iqbal (actor)
Zafar Iqbal (born 25 September 1950 or 25 April 1950 – died 6 January 1991 or 1992) was a Bangladeshi actor, singer and freedom fighter. He acted in 150 films. Singer Shahnaz Rahmatullah and music composer Anwar Pervez (musician), Anwar Parvez were his siblings. Background Iqbal learned to play guitar in the 1970s. He formed his own band ''Rambling Stone'' in 1966 with two of his friends named Mukit & Akash. The band used to perform regularly at the hotel InterContinental Dhaka. Music director Robin Ghosh hired him as a session guitarist for his upcoming film ''Pitch Dhala Poth''. Anjuman Ara Begum (11 January 1942 – 29 May 2004) was a Bangladeshi vocalist. She was awarded Ekushey Padak in 2003 by the Government of Bangladesh. Background and career Begum was born on January 11, 1942, in Bogra to Kasiruddin Talukder and Begum Ziaunnahar Talukder. She was the youngest among her two brothers and five sisters. Sabina Yasmin (born 4 September 1953) is a Bangladeshi singer. She is best known as a playback singer in Bengali cinema. She has won Bangladesh National Film Award for Best Female Playback Singer a record 14 times. She has recorded more than 1,500 songs for films and over 10,000 songs in total. Baby Zaman
Baby Zaman (28 January 1933 – 26 January 2013) was a Bangladeshi stage, television, film actor and producer. Biography Zaman was born Chowdhury Badruzzaman on January 28, 1933, in Burdwan, the second of eight siblings. His father Choudhury Azfar Hossain was a lawyer by profession, but became terribly ill and was unable to support his family. Zaman moved his family to Dhaka in 1953, and provided for them. Farida Akhtar Poppy, known by her stage name Babita, is a Bangladeshi film actress. She is a popular actress in Bangladeshi films of the 1970s.
