Bobita
Farida Akhtar Poppy, known by her stage name Babita, is a Bangladeshi film actress. She is a popular actress in Bangladeshi films of the 1970s. She is best known for her performance in Satyajit Ray's '' Distant Thunder'', a novel adaptation about the Bengal famine of 1943, which won the Golden Bear prize at the 23rd Berlin International Film Festival in 1973. She was active in the 1970s through 1990s as an actress in Bangladeshi films. Babita acted in more than 350 films. After winning the National Film Award in 1975, she won three consecutive best actress prizes. She won ''Best Actor'' in 1986, ''Best Producer'' in 1997 and ''Best Supporting'' Actress Award twice in 2002 and 2012. In addition, she was awarded the lifetime achievement award of the National Film Award in the year 2016. Abdur Razzak (actor)
Abdur Razzak (23 January 1942 – 21 August 2017) (known as Razzak) was a Bangladeshi actor and film director. He was dubbed Nayak Raj Razzak (King of Heroes), a term introduced by Ahmed Zaman Chowdhury, editor of the magazine ''Chitrali''. Razzak won the Bangladesh National Film Award for Best Actor five times for his roles in the films '' Ki Je Kori'' (1976), ''Ashikkhito'' (1978), ''Boro Bhalo Lok Chhilo'' (1982), ''Chandranath'' (1984) and ''Jogajog'' (1988). He was awarded the Independence Day Award in 2015 by the Government of Bangladesh. He acted in more than 300 Bengali and Urdu films and also directed 16 films. Gulshan Ara Akter Champa (born 5 January 1965) is a Bangladeshi film and television actress. She won Bangladesh National Film Award for Best Actress three times for the films Padma Nadir Majhi (1993), Anya Jibon (1995) and Uttarer Khep (2000), and the Best Supporting Actress award for Shasti (2005) and Chandragrohon (2008). ''Dipu Number Two'' ( bn, দীপু নাম্বার টু) is a 1996 Bangladeshi film directed by Morshedul Islam. The screenplay was based on the 1984 novel of the same name by Muhammed Zafar Iqbal. Riaz Uddin Ahamed Siddique (; born 1972), commonly known as Riaz, is a Bangladeshi film actor, producer, and television presenter who has appeared in more than 100 Bengali films in genres ranging from romance to action to comedies. Zafar Iqbal (born 25 September 1950 or 25 April 1950 – died 6 January 1991 or 1992) was a Bangladeshi actor, singer and freedom fighter. He acted in 150 films. Singer Shahnaz Rahmatullah and music composer Anwar Pervez (musician), Anwar Parvez were his siblings. Background Iqbal learned to play guitar in the 1970s.
