Baliuag University (B.U. or Baliuag U) is a private university in the Philippines. It was founded in 1925 and is the first school granted full autonomy in Central Luzon by the Commission on Higher Education. It offers graduate programs in education, business, library science and nursing. Its undergraduate programs in business administration and accountancy, liberal arts and education are Level 3 accredited. Other offerings are engineering, nursing, library science, computer studies and hospitality management. Library circulation or library lending comprises the activities around the lending of library books and other material to users of a lending library. The University of Santo Tomas (also known as UST and officially as the Pontifical and Royal University of Santo Tomas, Manila) is a private, Catholic research university in Manila, Philippines.
