Baghra Of Khwarazm
Baghra is a town situated in the Charthawal Legislative Council of Muzaffarnagar District in Uttar Pradesh, India. It is located 11.83 kilometres from the District headquarters at Muzaffarnagar, and is 440 kilometres from the state capital Lucknow. Baghra is the headquarters of the Baghra Mandal, the lowest administrative unit in Uttar Pradesh. The town was the centre of a Baniya Community which rule area principally in the 19th Century. Baghra is Worldwide popular because Dargah-E-Aaliya Babul Hawaiz is situated here and every year more than 2 Lakhs people reach here to get some virtue. Muzaffarnagar district is a district of Uttar Pradesh state in northern India. It is part of Saharanpur division. The city of Muzaffarnagar is the district headquarters. This district is the part of National Capital Region. History Medieval period Muzaffarnagar's early medieval history is obscure till the Indo-Mughal period. Timur's army had marched to Delhi through this region in 1399; its people fought it unsuccessfully. In Mughal Emperor Akbar's time, most of the Muzaffarnagar district region, called Sarwat then under the Mahal control of Tagas / Tyagis of Sarvat village, belonged to the sarkar (circle) of Saharanpur. Mandi, Uttar Pradesh
Mandi is a village in the Muzaffarnagar district of Uttar Pradesh, India. It is located about 200 km northeast of Delhi. It is notable for the discovery and looting of an ancient treasure trove by villagers in June 2000. The treasure is believed to have been from the Indus Valley civilisation period. It is known as "Mandi treasure" or "Mandy hoard". 2000 treasure discovery Till 2000, a mound of mud used to exist on the border of the village. It was located on the 500 sq. m. property of Anil Kumar, who intended to level the land for cultivating sugarcane.
