Södermanland County
Södermanland County ( sv, Södermanlands län) is a county or '' län'' on the southeast coast of Sweden. In the local Sörmlandic dialects it is virtually universally shortened and pronounced as Sörmlands län, or simply Sörmland, which is the dominant pronunciation and spelling inside the county. For example, the name of the local regional council is ''Region Sörmland''. It borders the counties of Östergötland, Örebro, Västmanland, Uppsala, Stockholm and to the Baltic Sea. It holds the popular camping route called "Sörmlandsleden" which is a system of trails covering a total of approximately 100 mil (1000 km) of walking paths, in Södermanland. Vingåker Municipality
Vingåker Municipality (''Vingåkers kommun'') is a municipality in Södermanland County in central Sweden. Its seat is located in the town of Vingåker. The municipality has its present size since the local government reform of 1971. Geography Vingåker is an inland municipality but in spite of this has mostly low elevation. The lowest point is the shoreline of Hjälmaren at and the highest peak is at near the Östergötland county line. Södermanland ( or ), locally Sörmland, sometimes referred to under its Latin form ''Sudermannia'' or ''Sudermania'', is a historical province or ''landskap'' on the south eastern coast of Sweden.
