Back Da-yeon (born 24 January 2002) is a Korean tennis player. Back has a career-high singles ranking of 494 by the Women's Tennis Association (WTA), achieved on 21 August 2023. She also has a career-high WTA doubles ranking of 563, reached on 14 October 2022. Career Back made her WTA Tour debut at the 2022 Korea Open, after qualifying for the singles main draw. She is a winner of the Heart Award in the 2023 Billie Jean King Cup. Tennis is a racket sport that is played either individually against a single opponent ( singles) or between two teams of two players each ( doubles). Each player uses a tennis racket that is strung with cord to strike a hollow rubber ball covered with felt over or around a net and into the opponent's court.
