B-Tight
Robert Edward Davis (born 28 December 1979), better known by his stage name B-Tight, is an American-born German rapper. Early life Davis was born in Palm Springs, California, to a German mother and an African American father, but grew up in Berlin. When he was younger, he initially wanted to become a professional basketball player, however, a foot injury prevented him from doing so. Davis grew up in Märkisches Viertel in Berlin, where he also met his later roommate and rap partner Sido, with whom he formed the duo A.i.d.S and they began to write song lyrics. The group's beats were made on a PlayStation. Career 1998–2000: Early career Davis and Sido released their first demo album, ''Wissen Flow Talent'', over hip hop label Royal Bunker, as duo called Royal TS. It follows more demo recordings of them, joined by Vokalmatador and Rhymin Simon. Later they formed group Die Sekte, but they broke up in 2000. Aggro Berlin
Aggro Berlin was a German hip-hop independent record label based in Berlin that existed from 1 January 2001 until 1 April 2009. Three artists ( Sido, Tony D and Kitty Kat) were signed with the label at the time of its closure. Since the end of 2007, it used to be a sub-label of Universal. "Aggro" is German slang for having an aggressive attitude (as in British English). History The label was founded on 1 January 2001 by Berlin rappers Specter, Spaiche and Halil. The first signed artists were Sido and B-Tight. Later, the label also signed Bushido. The same year it released EP ''Das Mic und ich'' by A.i.d.S (formerly Royal TS) on the label, which was the first release of Aggro Berlin. In 2002 released the two samplers ''Aggro Ansage Nr. 1'' and ''Aggro Ansage Nr. 2'', which contains tracks by its signed artists. Sido (rapper)
Paul Hartmut Würdig (born 30 November 1980), better known as Sido, is a German rapper. He interprets his artist name as "super-intelligentes Drogenopfer" (super-intelligent drug victim). It used to stand for "Scheiße in dein Ohr" (shit into your ear), a line from his track "Terroarr". Sido distinguishes himself by using provocative and aggressive lyrics. After his breakthrough with his debut album '' Maske'' in 2004, he was always seen wearing a silver skull mask. However, since 2005, he no longer wears the mask. Würdig's career began in 1997, as one half of duo Royal TS (now A.i.d.S) with B-Tight, both of whom were later signed to the label Berlin hip hop Royal Bunker and then to Aggro Berlin in 2001. Die Sekte is a German rap group from Berlin, formed in 1998 by Sido, B-Tight, Rhymin Simon and Vokalmatador. Originally it consisted of only Sido and B-Tight, also known as duo A.i.d.S. Since 2009, with the release of their debut album ''Die Sekte'', the group consisted of Sido, B-Tight, Alpa Gun, Tony D, MOK, Bendt, Fuhrman and DJ Werd. All members are from Märkisches Viertel, except Alpa Gun (from Berlin-Schöneberg), Tony D and MOK (from Berlin-Neukölln). Die Sekte was one of the first rap groups from Berlin and they have already sold 20,000 copies of their first EP and mixtapes. History They produced their first releases on a PlayStation. Patrick Losenský (born 3 April 1982), known professionally as Fler, is a German rapper and the CEO of Maskulin Music Group. Career 2000–2006: Beginnings Fler was first recognized in the rap scene through collaborations with Bushido. Together, they released the collaborative album titled ''Carlo Cokxxx Nutten'' in October 2002. Fler had five feature parts on Bushido's first studio album, '' Vom Bordstein bis zur Skyline'', released July 2003. Fler released his first solo album, ''Neue Deutsche Welle'', on 1 May 2005.
